Mixing is the process of leveling and cleaning up your track to make a sonically beautiful picture.
We take your individual audio tracks and put them through various effects and processes to make sure you get the best possible mix.
Mixing From Stem Files Stem mixing is a process suited to those who initially have done some mixing, balancing or equalization that they are happy with.
We then conduct a further mix from these files and although we cannot manipulate all the individual tracks, many customers prefer this option because they get to set the basis of the mix.
With this process we ask you to provide grouped tracks of Drums, Bass, Instruments, Vocals and also Sfx of which will be mixed down into a single stereo file ready for mastering.
How Does It Work
You will send your files in the requested format and the engineer will work in a session with your instructions.
You will receive a 1st mix via email for referencing; you will also have the opportunity to discuss any changes for the 2nd and 3rd mixes as per your package.
– Mixing turnaround is usually between 7-10 days but can be as little as 3 days if requested
